Flat Burner Ring 7 kW – HOT WOK
The HOT WOK flat burner ring is designed to stabilize flat-bottomed pots, ensuring even heat distribution. It is particularly ideal for the HOT WOK Hot Stone and HOT WOK Grillpan, providing optimal cooking results.
This burner ring is easy to swap with the original burner ring and is exclusively compatible with the HOT WOK ORIGINAL gas stove.
Made from durable cast iron, the HOT WOK burner ring ensures long-lasting performance and reliability.
Care and Use of Cast Iron and Carbon Steel Products
Avoid cleaning with soap, as it can damage the natural surface.
Heat the pan or plate gradually and avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent warping.
Carbon steel and cast iron products must not be used for acidic foods such as tomatoes, wine, citrus, or vinegar, and should not be used for food storage.
Acids can react with the material and cause unwanted release of iron.
To maintain the natural protective non-stick surface, always clean and dry the product after use, and apply a thin layer of oil before storing.
All HOT WOK cast iron and carbon steel products are safe for food contact and comply with current EU regulations when used as instructed.
